Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. Walk-in consultations are accepted based on availability. We strive to follow scheduled appointment times; however, slight delays may occur due to ongoing consultations or emergency cases. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Patients are attended based on medical priority and clinic flow. In certain situations, pets requiring urgent care or those already being treated may be seen first. Clients are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in waiting or rescheduling, depending on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling should be informed at least 2 hours in advance. Final treatment and service costs depend on the pet’s condition and will be discussed during consultation. For surgeries and specialized procedures, prior assessment and confirmation are required. In case of emergencies, priority will be given and waiting time may vary.
