4. Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for consultations, treatments, and products must be made at the time of service or purchase.

We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or error.

For product purchases, refunds/replacements may be allowed only if items are unused, unopened, and returned within 1 day (excluding medicines and perishables & Refrigirated Items).
